Enterprise level development with banking and financial experience would certainly be at the top of my list.
Variety of extensive projects with Android app development using different versions.
At least 6 years of experience, 4 years if candidate is very sharp.
Looking for an outspoken candidate with great communication skills.
Projection for this candidate is to become a mentor.
Must have Pair Programming, Test-driven development (TDD), RESTful, WebView, All version of Android, Debug
Pair Programming is two developers working together on developing an app. One is more senior then the other, and will mentor the more junior developer.

**The apps are not all in WebView but will use WebView in other developed projects to update older apps.**

Are data-driven and can measure, collect and use data to make decisions. We understand the value of intuition and the need to balance decisions accordingly.
Have strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions.

The Skills You Bring

4+ years of software development experience
2+ years of experience developing Android apps using Java or Kotlin
Strong knowledge of RxJava, Dagger, Retrofit, Kotlin, and Gradle
Good understanding of design patterns, such as Clean Architecture and MVP/MVVM
Experience consuming RESTful JSON APIs and web sockets
Passion for writing readable, maintainable and well-tested code
Strong desire to experiment and work with the latest mobile technologies
Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Experience with DevOps, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery
