Position : Workday
integration lead.
Location : The
Woodlands, TX
Duration 18 months
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute unit and system test plans
• Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions
• Identify and support HR projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention, and integration
• Demonstrate in-depth Workday Core HCM knowledge
• Lead the Integrations team and accountable of the delivery
• Integrations SME on recommending best of Integration methods for the requirement and its solution design
• Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations between new or existing systems, both internal and external
• Partner with Client or/and with the Partners Implementers on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
• Gather requirements and prototype the integrations
• Facilitate transfer of knowledge to the Client on the developed integrations
• Participate as a project stakeholder on the Integrations delivery and ownership
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• 2+ years of programming / development experience
• 2+ years of experience developing and supporting Workday Studio Integrations
• 2+ years of strong Workday development experience using EIB, calculated fields, transformations and custom reports
• 2+ years of strong Workday Security Administration
• Understanding of security groups and roles and assignment of those roles
• Understanding of system architecture components in a multi-tier, multi-platform systems
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment
• Well-versed in agile development methodologies including SCRUM best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong creativity, problem solving and analytical skills
• Adapt to change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications

Strong preference will be given to candidates with any of
the following:
• Experience with Workday technologies-- Web Service APIs, Studio, EIB, Report Writer, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, calculated fields, XSLT
• Experience with Workday Security Administration
• Experience with Workday’s HCM suite (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, or Absence Management, Recruiting, Performance Management)
• Experience with SOX principles and concepts
• Experience with Workday technologies-- Web Service APIs, Studio, EIB, Report Writer, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, calculated fields, XSLT
• Experience with Workday Security Administration
