Position : Sr. Devops architect with AWS

Location : Oldsmar, FL

Duration : 6 months + Extension

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

·       Provide architecture guidance in setting up CI/CD pipeline for C&C on-prem and cloud applications.

·       Help architecting production grade, highly available containerized applications and define the best practice in terms of operating underline infrastructure to support them, especially on cloud.

·       Provide hands-on development or guidance to expedite AppDev team’s effort to
containerize Nano applications.

·        Provide DevOps best practice, continuous integration and continuous delivery guidance across the scrum teams.

Required Knowledge and Skill Set:

·       Expertise in architecting and building Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery system for large scale, distributed microservices application on Cloud (especially AWS) and on prem.

·       Expertise in CI/CD tools including but not limited to Jenkins, Ansible, etc.

·       Expertise in architecting containerized microservice applications running on
Kubernetes/Rancher on cloud, especially with dynamic scaling of the underline
infrastructure to achieve optimized cost.

Job Description :

Summary:

Responsible for acting as an individual contributor to the Human Resources Systems and Technology department for a merger project. This individual serves as a technical point of contact utilizing the SAP HR systems for a merger and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, researching and resolving problems related to unexpected results or process flaw; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business requirements.  Provides support to the department in the area of quality assurance testing, functional system maintenance, system enhancements and administrative support as needed.  Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Technology Expertise (Mandatory):

• Project Management experience
• SAP ECC Personnel Administration and Organization Management
• SAP HR Configuration expertise
• Enterprise Structure
• HR PA

Responsibilities:

• Conducting fit/gap analysis and business /process modeling
• Project management tasks such as status and risk mitigations
• Assessing business and application requirements
• Designing robust business processes to accepted industry practices
• Configuring and testing software
• Driving the development of functional and systems specifications
• Writing and maintaining necessary documentation
• Transferring knowledge to clients
• Communicating and working with people at all levels in a team environment
• Providing support to deployment as necessary

Desired Skill and Experience:

• 5-8 years of well-rounded SAP HCM experience with configuration and support experience in PA, OM
• Experience with at least two full life cycle SAP implementations
• Knowledge of Organization management including reporting structure
• Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and analyze HR management process
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and demonstrate sound judgment in the face of complex challenges
• Ability to set up test cases and test configurations on any issue
